This policy explains how returns, refunds, and our money-back guarantee work.


1️⃣ Damaged or Malfunctioning Products

If your item arrives damaged or is not functioning properly, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@moodixa.com.
We’ll provide return instructions and cover the return shipping costs.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
Once inspected, we’ll issue a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.


2️⃣ 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to enjoy peace of mind with every Moodixa product.
If you’re unsatisfied for any reason, you may return the product under our 14-day money-back guarantee after trying it for at least 7 days.

Please contact support@moodixa.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) and shipping details.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, and a 25 % administrative fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover processing.
Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.

This guarantee applies to first-time orders only and does not cover items purchased during sale periods or with promotional codes.


3️⃣ Processing & Timeline

  • All refund or return requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
